Las Brasas del Volcan

Food was very tasty, truly feels like homemade food. We get a burrito and a huarache, we also got the beans which were really good. The prices are pretty reasonable as well. Service from the staff was great, they were really friendly.
We'll for sure coming back, happy to have a delicious new Mexican restaurant in the area.

The food is great at this new restaurant. It's authentic Mexican food from the state of Collins; not your usual enchiladas, rice and beans from most Seattle area Mexican places. My wife enjoyed her carne asada quesadilla and I had a vegetarian version that was delicious. The salsa bar had some delicious sauces and marinated onions to accompany the food. We ordered a desert, the stewed fruit was wonderful. The menu is pretty compact during weekdays, it expands more during the weekend. The service was friendly and attentive. Now, you might ask: Why not 5 stars?

The restaurant is new, it started up just a week ago. It was a challenge to figure out the menu. Once we asked, we got a nice explanation. The prices were reasonable but portions were a bit small. I'm certain that this restaurant will become a five star place. I know we'll be back.

The most delicious meal I’ve had in ages! Fresh tortillas and great fresh chips and beans. Definitely a must to come here!

Truly authentic, reminds me of Mexico or south San Diego. Stoked to have a place this good in the neighborhood.
