    I was really impressed to see the way the barista handled a homeless person who was in the store harassing customers. They are truly front line workers whether we credit them as such or not.

    Megan, the Barista, is fantastic! She could remember my drink from months ago (yes, MONTHS ago) after not seeing her since then. She’s super nice. And I don’t say that just because we have the same name! ;)
