(October 6, 2020, 3:36 pm)Update 10/6: I did an online chat with Starbucks customer service and they refunded me my money since I wasn't able to get the drink remade (I had stopped by a different Starbucks on my way home but they were closed due to a covid exposure). I appreciate the customer service ethic at Starbucks. Upgrading to 4 stars.
3 stars: I often go here on my way to work and normally they do a great job but today I ordered a soy tea latte (can't do milk or coffee)and I just got to work and realized it's a mocha. Milk and coffee. Thanks a lot. I don't have time to go back and get it fixed so I guess I'm out of luck. Sigh. -

(June 27, 2020, 2:41 pm)This Starbucks is simply a drive-through stand in the middle of a parking lot and is not have indoor seating.
Handy on and off East Marginal Way at the light. Service is good. -

(June 11, 2020, 11:14 pm)I work there and the people are great. The are like a second family, and they care about you and they are always there for you. The store is small enough to where you get to know each other really well, and there are so many regulars that you get to know too. I love the place.
