If you're not familiar with the chain, they offer Italian (mostly pasta, specifically spaghetti, dishes) food at very reasonably prices and have a slightly more upscale aesthetic while staying family friendly. The notion of three course meals (start off with soup/salad and fresh baked bread and finish with ice cream on all entrees ordered) is fantastic for the price, even though you're not getting anything super fancy. The food is very tasty and they know how to make a mean pasta dish. Great for the family and for date night. The best thing you can ever try is the manager's favorite with the mizithra cheese and meat sauce -- it's to die for.

This particular location is on the busier side, but the restaurant is large so you seldom have a wait, and when you do during dinner rush it's seldom very long. The bar has a great ambiance and is a great solution (for adults) if there's ever a wait as they do full service and have full sized booths to sit at. The staff is usually very friendly though they do sometimes make mistakes or get too busy to come by. Not to the point where I see it as worth docking a star, though.

First I am a fan of The Old Spaghetti Factory. I always enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Yet this experience was not great. We went in a group of 5 adults for lunch. It was not that busy, but the service was slow. The wait staff seemed confused when taking our order and when the food did come out 2 out of the 5 dishes were wrong. When it came to pay, which again was an extended wait only a small piece of paper was dropped off with no instructions. We were unsure if we needed to pay at the front since it did not come in a credit card holder like almost all restaurants have. When it came to pay we had Visa gift card and was told they could only use up to 30% of the bill with the gift card and the rest would need to be charged to a debit/credit card or cash. Never heard that one before not sure why they could not charge the whole $50 that was on the Visa gift card? Anyways long story short this trip was not great and will probably not go back to this location again. You might have a better experience for dinner or more popular dining times.

It's a standard family eatery. The menu is the same today as 35+ years ago, with a few minor specials from time to time. In saying that you know you'll get a good spaghetti dinner. I love the mizathri cheese (probably spelling it wrong) it's delicious. It's a good portion, a standard price, fun atmosphere and we've always had good attentive service. Is it the best spaghetti you'll ever have? no.... Is it good and consistent?...YES. You can't go wrong with Spaghetti Factory, and it's also kid friendly so nice for families. They do have a lounge you can eat it that serves alcohol, also good for big groups.

Good food, decent number of choices. Spumoni is amazing. :) Great option if you have kids. Servers very nice but service can be slow at times. Also very popular so make a reservation ahead of time online unless you don't mind waiting 30+ mins for seating at dinner on a weekend.

The decor is fun and inviting. This is the place you go when you have a family (ours is on the larger size) or you want to take extended family out to dinner. Their food quality can waiver a bit but my kids on general always love their spaghetti and meatballs and the spaghetti with mizythra cheese. As adults we love the pesto dressing on the salads and the warm sourdough bread. This is not authentic Italian but it doesn't pretend to be either. Oh, ice cream for dessert is always a big hit!
