Many delicious and varied beers available, but the tap menu was a little difficult to manage... if you even had access. A printed menu would have been great. Food menu had tasty options, but everything tasted a little pre-made. Baked frozen tots, pre-cooked chicken breast, tub potato salad... if we come again, it won't be for the food!
My first visit for a quick beer at Route 522 Taproom. The taproom is inviting with lots of seating options. It was mid-afternoon, so it was somewhat quite during my visit. Sitting at the bar, I found my service to be fast and friendly.
A great selection of beers from across WA and US on tap. Hope to go back any try the food and sample other beers. I found my No. 4 beer just perfect.
They aren't visible from NE 177th parkway, but are tucked in at the end of 134th ave.
Recommend you try Route 522 Taproom.
Even though the place was almost completely empty, it took much too long to get my burger and I was never asked how I would like it prepared (it came out medium well and I prefer medium rare or at least some pink). They went way skimpy on the chips and so the burger is really all you're getting for the price.
Route 2 in Monroe is much better for some reason. Frank should bring the better service, value and quality from Route 2 to Route 522!
My man and I came a couple weeks ago on halloween. we got some nachos and Brooke was our server.
Brooke was very informative of the menu and helped us pick a great beer! She let us sample a few things that were similar to what we wanted, she was very friendly and even with other customers in she made us feel like we were the only ones in there, always checking on us and making sure we have everything we needed as well as being very personable and talking with us.
The food wasn't to bad and the prices were decent but we will definitely be returning solely based on the outstanding customer service we received. Thank you Brooke for making our first time at route 522 wonderful!
We arrive around 6 p.m. and were pleasantly surprised it wasn't overcrowded. The food was great, and the beer cold. We tried the Mac & Cheese, Napoleon salad and bacon-wrapped dates ????. There was ample parking. The service was quick and friendly. I'd go back.
