Via Rosa 11 Italian Kitchen

Via Rosa is best at cranking out consistently delicious and authentic Italian pies. Their pizza never fails to disapoint. My only complaint is the environment doesn't feel nearly as premium as their pizzas; and limited seating can often be an issue, so I wouldn't reccomend it for a more formal outing.

Casual atmosphere serving fresh pasta and wood fired pizza. Order at the counter and pick up food when your name is called. They make fresh pasta every day and offer a rotating menu, and have a beautiful tile covered oven on display for making pizza.

Delicious and I'm told very authentic Italian food, various pastas (in a variety of shapes and sauces, which you can choose as you wish) and pizza cooked in a wood-fired oven. The location is quite out of the way, the atmosphere and seating are cheap and cheerful (basically some indoor picnic tables), the prices on the high side... but the food is very, very good.

Everything is really good, so you'll have to come back many times to try it all...

Excellent Italian cuisine. Simple, straightforward, exquisite. While I am not an expert in cooking, everything tastes fresh without filler. If you want Italian pasta, you go to Via Rosa. At the end of the meal which both my wife and I completely finished, she looked odd into the distance and confidently said “that was the best Italian I have ever had”. She has not steered me wrong yet, and neither will anyone reading the review. The vodka sauce is top notch and the fettuccine is “al dente” the way it should be.

Incredible experience! Staff are always friendly, kind, and helpful. Food is freshly made, rich in bright flavors, and well priced.

Also, they have the best chicken sandwich I've ever had in my life. I don't say that lightly, but it's unforgettably good. Make sure to order it with the spicy peppers to get the full flavor profile. Seriously the best.
