Let me just start with: get the lava fries. At least once.
The elk burger is magical, I order it over and over. The crab/lobster cakes come with a beautiful dressed salad and are almost 100% meat. WORTH IT. The lava fries are what you wished your queso tasted like, seriously, get them at least once. Did I mention how good the elk burger is? It is magical. They also have more than one grainy home made mustard.
Love this place. Food is amazing. Lovely Ambiance. Service is on point. Adam is the best. He picked a great cocktail for me since I don't like too sweet. Highly recommend.
I was drawn in by the back story of the owners. Two retired Green Berets....be still my heart.. We went here with the intent of supporting our people. I wasn't quite sure what to expect but my "expectations" were exceeded! Beautifully crafted restaurant. Very clean and wonderful staff. The menu was not extensive but the food they offer is legit. Mmmm good.
This is a great pub located in Bremerton near the ferry terminal as well as the theater. Service is prompt and courteous. There are some unique options on the menu, all of which sounded great. What caught my attention the most, was the elk burger with duck bacon. Wow. This burger is life changing. I don't know if I can ever eat a normal burger ever again and be satisfied. This burger must have been removed from the feast table in Valhalla because it is made up of the stuff of myth and legend. If you are in the area, I highly recommend visiting the Axe and Arrow.
The dark, malty brew we tasted was just the right drink for a winter Sunday. L loved the crunchy lobster cakes. S was disappointed by the steak sandwich though the meat was unlikely soft. I can see how some people may be comforted by the mushy taste. Prices felt too high.
