I'm a bit ashamed that I haven't tried this place sooner. I have to admit, I've driven by this place many times and just assumed it was another brewery where you go to try craft beers and ciders. It also always seemed to be empty when I drove by. I would glance in the windows from Perry Ave. and wonder why such a nice looking place was always empty. It turns out, that area of the building is under construction and the open area is in the back and is actually the bar. After checking them out on Yelp and seeing their menu, I decided we finally had to try it out. The first time we came, I made the mistake of not checking their hours and realized they weren't open. We were finally able to make it on a gloomy rainy afternoon and took a seat in a quiet little corner of the bar. There weren't too many patrons, but it could just be we were a bit too early for the bar or dinner crowd. The bartender was very friendly and helpful and explained some of the different dishes to us. He seemed to know a lot about the business and the food.

We ordered the fried pickles as our appetizer since it's one of our favorites to try at new places. They came out piping hot, made to order and the portion was huge. The batter on them was a nice deep brown and very crispy. The pickles tasted home made as well. Very good. My lady ordered the shepard's pie since she's never had that dish before and I ordered the pork belly poutine. The food came out quickly and were also really large portions. We knew we'd be leaving with leftovers. My poutine wasn't as hot as I was hoping, the fries were hot and I could tell were cut and cooked to order, but the cold cheese and maybe the lukewarm gravy really cooled it off. It was still very rich and full of flavor. The little pork belly pieces were sweet and salty and melt in your mouth tender. The shepard's pie came out super hot, and once it had a moment to cool a bit and set up, it was very good. Lot's of fresh veggies. The addition of cheese on top is not conventional but a welcome addition. It did need a little bit of salt.

We asked the bartender what the dessert for the day was and he let us know it was carrot cake with candied walnuts and a brandy cream cheese frosting with home made caramel sauce. This sounded way too good to pass up, so we ordered one to share. We devoured it. It was moist and not too sweet. The candied walnuts were crunchy and savory.

We aren't really craft beer drinkers, so we didn't try any of the beers or cocktails, but I did notice they have home made iced tea which prompted me to order an Arnold Palmer, one of my favorite non-alcoholic drinks. It was very tasty.

The building is really cool and you could tell it has a lot of history. They did a pretty decent job with the decor, considering how big this building is. We will be coming back here often for date nights or maybe even for some cocktails or celebrations. There are many other items on the menu we want to try. We also plan on trying their brunch menu which also looks amazing. All of the prices here are very reasonable as well. It is cheaper than many other options in the area that serve terrible food.

If you're looking for a cool, hip place to get really good food at a good price, and I'm sure really good cocktails, try this place out. They also have pin ball machines, a pool table and a shuffle board, so it would be great for a boys or girls night out having fun and being competitive. I'm not sure if it's great for families, but could be fun to bring your older kids to watch some football and eat some food.

We're glad we found this little gem where they take pride in not only their brewery, but their food.

Cool, hip vibe as you walk in. Beers were great and the food was good too. Converted warehouse and plenty of parking. Service was good. Prices were fair. Overall good brewery to visit if you're in the area. I always stop by on my travels.

Of all the Kitsap brewery/restaurants it's probably one of my least favorite, that's not to say it's a bad place or the beer is horrible. The food menu is good and the beer is about average. Service is hit or miss but they are friendly. The floorplan layout is very strange, it's really two places in one, the pinball side and the pool table side.

I’ve been there a few times now with friends. All the food I’ve tried so far has been delicious. They have an excellent selection of beers and spirits. I love the casual fun atmosphere, and highly recommend it
