HI Lo's 15th Street Cafe LLC

Great little breakfast place! Can get pretty busy on the weekends, but totally worth the wait. The Moon Biscuits are my favorite, but you have to come early for those as they run out sometimes. Staff is always very welcoming and friendly.

I bought a delicious breakfast burritos here it was very huge & delicious I loved it. The flavor was very delicious. It was definitely expensive but it was very much worth buying. The coffee is your normal average coffee. They also have a waiting room for people to wait when there's a wait list & you can have a cup of coffee while you wait. I would recommend this place if your visiting Bremerton, Washington.

Tasty little breakfast venue, no frills, fast service, and not overly expensive! I enjoyed the moon biscuits and gravy--nothing too fancy, but hearty and tasty none the less. Will go back!

This place is the best around for breakfast food.
The staff is so friendly and they're always in a great mood. Excellent and fast service. The food is fresh and I can tell the ingredients are good as well. I love the free coffee and locally made hot sauce!
The decor is fun and inviting. Especially if you get to sit in the bus!!
Just be aware there may be some wait time due to popularity and the size of cafe but they have a nice waiting room with some toys and books for kids.

Great little cafe for breakfast and/or lunch. Cozy feel with a hippie decor and friendly staff. The food is very good, and quality coffee is available with it. Main drawback is that the small size belies its popularity. They seem to have space available to expand - and I think retain that cozy atmosphere - but choose not to. As it is now, expect a wait, especially on weekends.
