This place is definitely one of the best restaurants in the region. Whenever I go there I am very satisfied. They manage their high standard service and the highest level of cooking they serve. You definitely will enjoy this this place. Highly recommended.
Food overall was good. Wife had goat cheese ravioli. It was as good as the last time she had it. I had smoked pork chop which was a bit dry. Also waited longer than we should have for two of the three drinks we ordered, the third drink (all three were ordered at the same time) took over ten minutes more to arrive. It was my daughter's birthday and we wanted to toast her. Very disappointed with that part.
We went early and the restaurant was not even half full so slo service was a bit off putting.
This restaurant = $$$$$
Bay street Bistro has comfortable upstairs and main level seating for dinner. The atmosphere is comfortable elegant. I ordered the Ribeye which was ordered as I requested and tasted good. My wife ordered the scallop dinner. In all we enjoyed our meal. Our meal came with a separate bowl of potatoes and broccoli to be shared. The broccoli a little charred in some areas, the potatoes lacking flavor. My wife got little grit in the scallops. The chef came to greet all his tables, which we thought was great. We had a couple little notable items, but overall; nothing that will keep us from visiting again. Additionally, it's good to know that Bay Street Bistro is 21 or older. No minors.
Best food I've had for dinner in the area including Anthony's. Amazing atmosphere and ambience. Attentive and gorgeous staff! I didn't get to the lounge but it looked very inviting.
The fare is first class, with excellent
presentation. I actually saw Chef Danny Rosenberg buss the tables just to visit the patrons. Great chef and really cute too! This is a great place for a date...
A great relaxed environment that simultaneously caters to everyone and nobody specifically. If you look hard enough, chances are you can find some knickknack that makes you say "I have that same one at home!" or "I have to see if I can find one of those for my home."
Food is great, coffee is even better.
