I went to this location at 4:30PM on February 7 and there was a manager helping the drive thru. He was absolutely awesome. Very kind and personable. In the few seconds we interacted he asked me how I was, thanked me for my business, wished me a wonderful safe day and requested my continued business in a very polite manner. What a great experience!! He clearly understands what customer service is all about . You have a limited time frame to convince customers that they should come back. He definitely convinced me that he values the customers he helps.

This is an average McDonalds. The staff are somewhat friendly, but not overly so, the food is what you would expect of McDonald's, and I agree with some of the other posts about the drive through where my "simple" order means that I have to pull up and wait while others seem to get their food right away. Pretty typical of just about any McDonald's these days.

Love the drive-thru, mostly. Sometimes a little annoying being there first then asked to pull forward, then don't quite fit to the speaker, but I get to listen to the person behind me place their order and then watch them leave with their food while I am still parked out front waiting for mine. Other than that, this McDonald's is among the best I've visited at getting my order correct the first time, and they often offer my dog a Milk-Bone treat when we come through together.

Inside, again, mixed experience. The self-order screens are a neat concept but have room to improve. I wanted a sausage mcmuffin with egg, substitute folded egg. Folded egg wasn't an option (but was an option to add to the chicken biscuit sandwich), so I had to place the order then go to the backup cashiers to have it modified, but when I got there I waited for a minute then got passed-up by an employee helping someone else who, again, arrived after me and would now get to order and eat before me. Eventually someone came to help but she kept entering incorrect changes on the computer and ultimately put my order through (incorrectly) the exact way I had done it on the touch screen, and I had to come back with my food to get the folded egg added after I sat down. It kind of seemed like she couldn't understand me somehow but I am not sure. I was pretty clearly explaining what I wanted and the other employee seemed to understand fine.

All my complaints have a lot more to do with corporate changing stuff than with the store itself or the employees. The last gripe is that they recently switched to thinner french fries and I don't like them as much, but your mileage may vary.

That all said, the food here is always prepared fresh and you can tell. It's very good, and they are clearly doing something right because they are by far the busiest fast food joint in town.

Very clean and friendly, welcoming staff. They're really pushing the use of these machines and will take your order right away when you get there on the machine instead of where you typically would. They had everything on the menu at least and there is always a line here, I noticed in the drive through compared to other locations. Can't beat excellent service!
