(July 31, 2019, 1:55 am)When a customer, especially an older customer asks a younger subway employee a question about their food, it should be answered with a level of respect and quality customer service. This particular person asked if they will have a particular item back on their menu and The subway employee “Kyle” responded with a quick “I don’t know.. I don’t know I only make sandwiches” and then moved on to the next person in line without eye contact, a smile, or any helpful information. The way he said it was rude and seemed humiliating for the older gentleman asking the question. If you don’t like your job, then quit. If you work in customer service then learn proper customer service. This is the send employee who has had a bad, dry attitude. I won’t be back to this location.
