The Smoked Asian

All I can say is YUM! This place is delicious. Favorites are lumpia, the ribs and the brisket sandwich. Love the wasabi coleslaw! Everything is so good here you can’t go wrong! Can’t wait to go back for more! ???

Wow I think I just had the absolute best brisket sandwich I have ever had. It was so smoky and had the perfect amount of fat. It wasnt greasy, but so tender and soft. The sauce is delicious. I also got a half rack of ribs, which were amazing. So tender and smoky and definitely fall off the bone.

The wait was a bit long, I had to wait 20 minutes. But that seemed to be unusual, it was probably the ribs. Most everyone were able to leave pretty quickly. But I think it was worth the wait!

If you are in the Poulsbo area, you have to give this a try! The BBQd meats are increeeeediible (I have struggled to find good BBQ in the PNW for 10 years now, this is the real deal!), the lumpia (something new to me before trying them here) is now a constant craving, and the inventive Kansas City BBQ + Asian fusion meals (brisket yakisoba, wasabi coleslaw, etc) are really something special.

Mike and Evelyn, along with their AMAZING staff are whipping up some spectacular flavors at The Smoked Asian!!!! The smoked meats are THEEEE BEST u will find...And to have them join forces with traditional Asian dishes that we all know and love makes for absolutely explosive flavors in every bite!!!!!! I got a half-rack of KC style ribs, the Smoked Asian Sandwich, Lumpia, and the Pulled Pork Pancit...ALL were DELICIOUS!!! Try it once, you'll be back for more. With signature items and rotating daily specials, there's sure to be something for everyone. I can't wait until my next visit!!!!

This place is awesome! And it’s not expensive! The most expensive item is like $16. The food is great and come in large portions. The fried rice is some of the best I’ve had, and the brisket is the real KC barbecue they promised. I’ll be going back until I’ve tried everything. Don’t let the location throw you off, this is a hidden gem.
