“Great family dining spot! Their vegan menu is about as large as their burger menu which is an interesting combination. All of it was done well. Service was fantastic and they were very apologetic even when they accidentally dropped a burger on the way over (oops). Loads of drinks options, even ciders which are always appreciated. “Stopped in on a busy Saturday with my daughter to grab a delicious mango bowl (and Lotus drink for me). This was our second trip there. The owners are kind and patient. The food is delicious!!! We watched some waffles being made and are planning a return trip to try those! For today the mango bowl was just perfect!”

“Just tried this for dinner for the first time. It’s amazing! The atmosphere is great - it was fun being able to watch them make pizzas - the service was outstanding (they have the nicest wait staff of any restaurant I’ve been to!), and the food was delicious. We had their prosciutto salad, the Bianca and supreme pizzas. Salad was super fresh and seriously some of the best pizza I’ve had! We will definitely be coming back!”

“Food was pretty good over all. Service could be slightly better. Went in around lunch time, a typically busy time, all seats were taken, as there's not a ton of seating in here. We just kind of stood there looking at the menu for about 5 mins hoping maybe a table would open up. Nobody came over to say anything, offer an estimated wait time for a table, or even ask us to come back at a later time. Just kind of ignored us. Eventually someone came to ask if we had questions, and we said we'd probably just come back later when there's seats available. They just kind of shrugged and got back to what they were doing. We did come back at a less busy time and the food was great, super amazing Tonkatsu ramen, just like I had in Japan. Gyoza was amazing also. Overall, wonderful food, but somebody needs to pay attention to who's coming and going so you can accommodate customers more thoroughly. I understand it was a busy hour, but you need to keep an eye on the door. Maybe a quick "Sorry, we don't have any seats available right now, could you check back in in 20 mins?" Could be good. Anyhow I know y'all are a new place, so I'm not trying to be harsh or anything, just constructive criticism. You're doing a good job on that food though!”

“We showed up late in the evening with a very large crowd. The staff was great. They sat us all together and one person was even greeting us at the door and taking us to our group. The waitress did a fantastic job of taking all of our orders. Especially at the kids table that had 7 kids at it. She was very prompt with all our refills and made sure that all our needs were met. “Excellent food coupled with excellent service make Silver City a consistently safe bet for food everyone will enjoy. Wait times are manageable, and the wait staff is well seasoned and prefessional. They have fantastic, juicy, burgers and bottomless fries to go with it. By default they cook their burgers medium-well, so if you like them cooked medium like me you need to tell your waiter because they won't ask. Their wings and salads are also very good, and their pizzas are decent. Overall a very good restaurant for whoever you go with.”

“Been here a couple times now and we are fans. The customer service is always very good. From the guy who takes your order to the guys who bring the food out and come by to make sure everything is good, they're all super friendly and cool. You order at the counter, but they bring your food to you once it's done, which is nice, because you know they're making it to order for you as opposed to grabbing old stuff out of a bin. The prices are very reasonable and the food is pretty good. I don't have any complaints about the food, it's always fresh and hot. There is a large assortment of dipping sauces and hot sauces, so everyone's tastes can be satisfied. We've even had one of the guys bring out an order of clam strips for us on the house that I believe were made in error and they didn't want to waste them. It surprises me to see so many people going through the Jack In The Box drive thru next door when this place exists, but it may still too new for me to become jaded enough to go to Jack In The Box instead. It's not like fried fish is worse than the garbage Jack In The Box serves. We are trying to make this our go to lunch or snack place before we go to do any shopping in Silverdale. The prices are good, the food is good, and the service is great, which will put anyone in a good mood before having to deal with Mall crowds.”

“The food was awesome (some of the best Korean food I’ve had in the area) but the service was extremely lacking. Our server refused to take our drink orders before knowing what we wanted to eat, got short and frustrated when we tried to get our drink order, and sent out their coworker to get our drink order instead, then completely ignored us once we got our meat for the meal. Over half the table had empty cups and had a hard time getting their drinks refreshed. Will come back for the food, but hopefully they will improve the service.”

“Unlike some of the other sushi spots in town, this one reminds me the most of pacific island sushi with the fact that the sushi is simple, yet leaves me very satisfied. Man it’s a bummer because about six months ago you guys were rocking the delivery times at 15-20 minutes, but now it takes 48 minutes from “Perfection Check Complete” till my pizza is on my doorstep.”
