Great food friendly service.
I would give him more than 5 stars!
We found him by coincidence and besides getting amazing food, we had a nice conversation and get to try some dessert, such a nice and talented guy.
Aardvark recently swapped their mini food truck for the full sized one that was at Snoqualmie pass. Let me tell you, the food and service is exceptional.
I went today for lunch and tapped on the window. The owner waved for me to go inside and have a seat (just room for 2 or 3 inside). He cooked up a delicious burger right in front of me and gave me a good of water and a bag of potato chips. We chatted for a bit and talked about food and the local area. As the menu shows, his culinary influences are mostly Asian and European, as he grew up in Korea and then Germany. The man loves making food and sharing it with people. He even gave me a (generous) free sample of the kimchi soup - he eats a big bowl of it every day, himself.
Go. Get curry or a burger or whatever. Stop at whipsaw for a beer (or root beer) at the same time.
