Tacos Chalitos 2

Do you like taco truck food, but don't like standing in the weather? This is the place for you!
The prices are almost as great as the food. Fair warning, this isn't a rice and beans every menu is the same Mexican restaurant. But for tacos, burritos, tortas, etc. you're in the right place. The lengua (if you're into that sort of thing) is the best I've ever had. The red sauce is pretty dang hot, so go easy.
If you're in Ellensburg you should stop in.

By far this has been the best Mexican food I have eaten in my 15+ years of living in Washington. I had their lengua tacos and it was seriously a melt in your mouth experience. The foods definitely had the taste of homemade, fresh corn tortillas and all. Their salsas had a seriously good kick to them as well, more than your typical amount of heat as compared to many salsas that are made milder for the typical American palate with amazing flavor. Anyone living or passing through the area like us I would highly recommend if you want a taste of truly real Mexican cuisine.

Best street tacos in town, and Christian is absolutely hands down not only the owner operator and cook, but a great guy... Dedicated to his restaurant, and very hospitable! 5 * all day long...

This is the best sequel to the best place to eat in ellensburg. The food is of very high quality and you are paying an exceptionally low price. To top it off, the food is prepared quickly and the staff members are very nice.
