1st time online app user. Very easy to set up the app for payment. Easy to order/customize sandwiches/salads.
I placed an order for a set pick up time. The order was ready just as I walked into the shop. Perfect timing. The Italian sub is a real good sandwich. My Hook and Ladder salad was made with lots of fresh ingredients. I added a few extras on each item, jalapeño, olives, banana peppers, etc. I am looking forward to try different items in the near future.
Went here today with the wife. I ordered the medium meatball original sub, and my wife ordered the medium Italian.
It took about 10 minutes to receive the sandwiches, which isn't a lot of time...we're not talking McDonald's here. We were third in line behind two other pairs of customers.
If you want a very delicious and thoughtfully made sub, like the ones made here, then you need to be patient and wait.
We really liked the bread which was soft but had a slight toast to it from being ran through the toaster.
We both got our pickle.
They were out of jalapeños, but they had a couple other pepper options which is super awesome.
Customer service is very friendly, patient, and welcoming, particularly for one of the worlds worse, most distracted customers--me.
The price is very reasonable. We lived in Seattle for nearly 2 decades and a sandwich like the one I received, along with the delicious presentation, and friendly customer service would cost you $15+.
We plan on trying everything on the menu!
We went in to the Centralia Firehouse for the first time monday eve, and were not disappointed! Never had eaten at a firehouse sub before, so took a bit for us to order but the employees were very helpful with all.of our questions and such. Which is also saying a lot as they were running short staffed and FINALLY had a few minutes to breathe before we saw the next rush come in. I think the pricing was great (for the pairs we got), and the food was great! I ordered the cheddar potato soup, which he had to go make more as they had just run out.... before our sandwiches were done, the soup was ready!! That will for sure always be included in my order! Manager Greg was very kind to his staff, they were all kind to each other, the restaurant was clean and the food delicious!
