Papa Pete's Pizza

Have enjoyed Papa Pete's pizzas for over 20 years and their SW Washington locations. Always good. For those remembering Shakeys in our area, Papa Pete's Combination is very close in taste.

We love their peppero pizza! We get it any time we are coming through town. Highly recommend!

Bread sticks smell and look great. Problem is that they have no flavor.

Ordered a half combination half taco pizza.

It tastes like how Canada is, good not great. I liked it but I won't go out of my way to get it again.

Although their pizza is good I am not sure its worth the cost. I used to believe it was worth paying a little more for quality customer service and to support local business but the last couple of times I've eaten there the customer service is just not there. No one was rude but we didn't feel welcomed. I work in the service industry and understand rough days, being short staffed and feeling behind. However you aren't greeted with a smile but instead with a routine and distracted "What can I get you."
Additionally their PA system didn't work so it was very difficult to understand if our order was up. It would be more effective if you stop using it and just have your employees yell.
My recommendation would be some basic customer service training, smile and welcome customers. When they leave a "thanks for coming" or "See you again" are nice touches as well. Again no one was rude it just seemed very mechanical.
