Ribs and wings are great, brisket sometimes a little chewy. 5 cheese mac and baked beans are excellent. Great people and decent prices. We've eaten from there 3 times in the last 8 days.

Amy and Joel are always a pleasure! The mac-n-cheese is to die for. Pulled chicken was juicy and had an amazing smoke taste. Loved the baked beans. Brisket had an amazing flavor as well. Will be going back soon.

A new BBQ pit and catering in Winlock. They offer different meats and meals on different nights. During the Covid - 19 stay at home period, they are open for take out only. The side is ribs were moist and fall off the bone full of flavor. Saturday night is brisket night, along with pulled pork and pulled chicken. They also have smoked sausage. During the mid week, they offer different meal combinations. Try their smokes Mac and cheese. Everything is smoked on site. They are doing it right.
