“We were surprised to find Hawaiian restaurant in Shelton. No less inside of a Walmart?! The gal there was friendly and answered all of our questions with a smile. We Ordered the full size chicken Katsu. The chicken was fresh and juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside. The sauce was also delicious. The macaroni salad and rice were standard. The garlic edamame was flavorful but very chewy! We won't be ordering that again. Next time we will either have the cold corn salad or just double the macaroni salad. I didn't realize there was a big eating area inside the restaurant just behind the counter. It was clean, had pictures of Hawaiian landscapes and decor and they even played Hawaiian music to set the mood! Def going back soon!”

Has a small counter that could be a few seats larger. Easily reached highway 101, I recommend this Denny’s for a rest and some food on your journeys.”

“This place is a real gem! The scones were nice and crispy on the outside but moist and full of natural flavor! The clam chowder was hearty! I was on the go when I got this and realized this was a restaurant. I live an hour away and I'm definitely bringing my family here to try other things on the menu! “In town for a job interview from Olympia. Humble surroundings, questioned whether to stop or not, but so glad I did. Interior is cozy, charming, and well laid out. Sat in a table for two in a cozy little raised platform near the front window. Every mug is different, and utensils, glasses, plate ware were all clean. Service was prompt, friendly, and efficient. The menu is a little overwhelming with options, but a big part of that is because there are so many options that are appealing, and leave the customer likely to return for further exploration of the menu on future visits. Had the Monte Cristo. Turkey was definitely cooked here, and hand pulled. Overheard the same is true about the corned beef and shredded beef. Good sizes, down home prices, local conversation. Will be back this way.”
