Taco Bahia

We found them located in the Thrift way parking lot. Excellent food! Generous portions! Kind people! Eat here :)

Definitely the best tacos I have ever had. They were quick, full of amazing flavors and that bearded guy working there is hilarious. Dont miss this gem of the Methow Valley.

We stopped in Mazama on our way back to Seattle area. Our family had the salmon bowl, Chetta (smoked salmon quesadilla) and Noah Carne. Their sauces were especially yummy. (I overheard someone ordering vegan.) We'll definitely check their website to find them next year!

Such a treat to get fresh fish tacos from welcoming folks...we’ve been greeted with a smile every time we’ve visited the truck (you can always tell by the eyes when people are smiling behind their masks.) Our daughter prefers the salmon bowl...I’m more a fan of the Mahi Mama tacos. Pro tip: the sauce on the Mahi Mama tacos is to die for...consider indulging by ordering extra.

LOVE the taco truck. From the tasty coleslaw and onions on the yummy fish or meat tacos to the delicious Bahia bowl .....fresh, excellent food. Perfect size portions. Friendly fun folks and refreshing drinks like the Hibiscus tea or Goldie( a mix of lemonade and hibiscus tea)...The dark and stormy is to die for....
So glad to have Taco Bahia in the neighborhood.
