Captain Bob's Chowder

I had the fish and chips and it was awesome! The owner is very friendly and accommodating. The homemade tartar sauce is delicious! Thank you, we will be back.

This little place is a gem! The clam chowder is very delicious. It is full of clams like clam chowder should be. They also make a very good salmon chowder. Get a cup of each, you will not be disappointed. Also, the coleslaw is unlike most you will encounter, and has been so good every time I've been here.

Fish and chips were good. Panko crusted rather than batter. Crab roll was also very good, nice and fresh. Ironically the clam chowder was my least favorite item, a little too thick and starchy. Shrimp chowder however was very good.

We went here Tuesday after mini golf and before going down to the boardwalk to watch kite fest. It's a very small business but it has huge flavor. Our group had the clam and lobster chowders and the coconut shrimp. All were very good and worth your time to check it out. They have limited indoor and outdoor seating but you are within steps of the park with benches to sit on.
