We shared the corn beef dinner.....left me wanting more. It was delicious along with the cabbage and potatoes.
Went to Crown Alley Irish Pub tonight with my brother and had an awesome evening!! Thursdays are open mic night and all the gentlemen who played tonight did a wonderful job! I really enjoyed the music and hummed harmony along with much of the music! Dan Tobin has a great venue there and offers delicious meals on the menu...many Irish, delicious choices. Wonderful spot for Thursday evening food and music!!!
This family restaurant offers delicious authentic Irish food as well as some fried foods. Their wonderful atmosphere varies. On Friday and Saturday nights there is live music, The musicians vary from easy listening to interactive Celtic music! The friendly owners offer a large variety of beer, whiskey, and standard/specialty drinks. Afternoons are casual and ready for families, work buddies, or tourists! The kids can play the games provided while the adults chat or try out some of the numerous musical instruments(How many guitars are there to try out?) Definitely a Long Beach “have to visit” stop!
This really is a pub. Small, but worth it. Live music, looks like most nights. Full bar. Good food. Burgers to Fish n Chips. Not a huge menu but everything we had we liked. Be prepared, it is small and seems popular, but they will do everything they can to accommodate you. I would definitely bring my friends here in future visits.
Always amazing service! Highly recommend them on hospitality alone. We arrived today and the placed was packed. I walked in just to look for an empty space, w/o talking to anyone about getting a table, and walked out when it was clear there were no seats AND there were 4 people waiting outside. Sat back in the car looking at my phone for another place to go for dinner (we had just arrived into town for a weekend vacation). The amazing staff (I wish I knew his name) came out to the car to let us know that a 6 top was just leaving and he would have a place for us and the four others. I am so impressed! Aside from that, the food was great. It's always great when we pop in for a visit. Haven't been disappointed by a meal yet. Corned beef and cabbage and the bangers and mash were both great! As was the fried chicken salad and fish n' chips.
