I stayed in a family style room. It was very clean. The room had a rug but not carpet. Sometimes at hotels I wake up super puffy from my dust allergies but not here!
They use duvets on the beds and white linens. My room had a fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee pot, and small kitchen sink. The bathroom had a shower but no tub. The shower was easily high enough to accommodate my 5'10" height. The room and linens were not in pristine condition, but the room is designed for families so I really didn't mind seeing wear consistent with use and diligent cleaning.
The food was incredible as was the service. The brew list was fantastic, with something for every pallet. Price was reasonable especially for the quality of the meals. There were some rather loud patrons that made having a conversation was impossible. This isn't the fault of the restaurant of course but it made the experience a bit less pleasant.
Nice place for a beer, burgers, or pizza. I was there on a Weds night and there was decent live music and a good amount of people. The Inn is much nicer than expected, with beautiful salvaged wood. Definitely the best place to stay in Raymond, and maybe the best place to eat. The rooms are nice and for a large family or incapacitated group they have an awesome bunk bed room! The rooms are equipped with stove, microwave, fridge, even pots dishes and silverware -- and are very reasonably priced.
We have been to this pub repeatedly and enjoy the selection of beer and burgers. Only gripe is that when we asked for a smaller beer the waitress said she only had pint glasses. The bar definitely had smaller glasses visible. As someone who enjoys cold beer I would rather have 2 smaller pours than one large one. Is it too much to ask for a glass rather than a pint of beer? Sometimes the music can be too loud but this visit it was fine. Thanks for being a part of Raymond. We'll be back!
Stayed here for work, the staff was very sweet and accommodating when dealing with a mishap on my part. The rooms are super cozy with cool outside hang out area and close parking! Just make sure to call ahead to verify the Alehouse is open, you wont want to miss it! I'll definitely be back.
