The Carlson Block

The Carlson Block is not the most cozy environment, they had dark lighting and limited seating. Always a line coming in and have limited hours availability. While we were leaving they had to turn away customers and close early due to "running out of dough." The company also was out of most desserts, but in terms of quality. The food was fantastic. We ordered multiple different pizzas to try, and the mushroom sausage was very good, the basil pepperoni I ordered two of, but would recommend more of their spicy honey sauce on top. Fair prices and was $106.72 before tip for 4 pizzas, a bread and kale appetizer, 4 desserts and a ginger ale. Would return again

Excellent pizza. Great people. Service a little slow. They can only cook two pizzas at a time but it's a very nice atmosphere and well worth the wait.

Wonderful sourdough pizza! It's a drive but well worth it. Go there, you're going to love it!

We made the trek from Auburn to Wilkeson just to try the pizza and cheesecake, what a treat!
Every thing was incredible. The sourdough pizza crust was light and airy, and paired nicely with the toppings. The salted caramel cheesecake was light and delicious.

Unexpectedly good! They're pizza offerings are high quality and the crust is chewy a full of flavor. The beverage and dessert offerings were delicious as well. The dining environment would be good for a family outing or a intimate dinner for two. Only bad thing I have to say is that the seats are not comfortable at all. The service more than made up for it, though. The staff were friendly and attentive!
