Buffalo Run Restaurant

My wife, brother-in-law, and I stopped here on on our way out to North Cascades for a day hike last year. We had a couple buffalo burgers and a venison burger with a couple of good beers. There is a ghost town by my hometown in Kansas, about 20 minutes from anything, that had maybe ten permanent residents and a fantastic burger joint that was worth the drive from anywhere. I'd put Buffalo Run in the same company.

I got a Camel Burger here years ago. I think my brother had Kangaroo. The condiments were nothing to write home about, but the novelty of the meat made up for it. The little seating area out back is also really pretty. Staff is nice, too. I try and stop off here after climbs whenever I can

My friend and I stopped by this place to eat after our hike. Place is clean, love the setup indoors and outdoors. The food and service was good.

The Kobe burger was awesome. Great spot after being on the trail for three days. Good service, decent price, great food. Even the fries were good.

The owner has been there for over 20 years. He is personable and comes out and visits with guest. The burgers are yummy. The prices are a little high. However, it's a small local owned business. The garden patio is so pretty and the humming birds are a bonus. So pretty.
