Kyoto Kitchen Japanese Restaurant

As soon as you open the door,you can enjoy the aroma of authentic Japanese food that we missed since leaving Hawaii 4 years ago. Portions are very generous and the taste is the best we’ve found in the Northwest. Sadly no to go orders, but they’re willing to pack up your leftovers

The food was so very good and fresh! The restaurant is cozy and inviting...like having a home cooked meal because you are!

This place is a must-visit. Best Japanese restaurant in town, bar none. From the atmosphere, customer service to quality of food, anyone looking for these would get them all right here. Prices are justifiable. The owner definitely takes pride in their service, food and culture. Once you try it, you will want to come back again.

The Yakisoba and Sushi was delicious. I prefer the Sushi in Mill Creek but this is way closer to home. The waitress did tip over the drink by accident. Unfortunately, she did not offer to replace it.

One cloudy and drizzly Saturday we stumbled upon Kyoto Kitchen after visiting the nearby Tulip Town. Our expectations were not too high as we were the only customers at noon but the food and service were really good.

Food 4.5 / 5:
- I ordered the $12 "Gyudon beef bowl", which was a tasty rice bowl with tender beef. It came with a miso soup that was about average.

Parking 5/5:
- Free and plentiful attached parking

Service 5/5
- Very friendly and attentive waitress. She mentioned the restaurant gets very busy in the evenings
