    DELICIOUS! We were recently in Seattle and picked up a few gluten-free pizza crusts at the farmers market from Shambala Bakery. Came home and made them for dinner with vegan cheeses. Easily one of the most delicious homemade pizzas we've ever made! Thank you!

    Gluten free bakery and bistro has wonderful fresh food. The food was excellent, they were very busy and freshly prepared food takes a few more minutes but worth the wait. Friendly staff and bake goods to take home. Highly recommended
    The main street has lots and little shops, a fun place to visit.

    This place is FANTASTIC! Dedicated gluten free, perfect for even celiac. I had some delicious fish and chips. A chocolate lava cake for dessert. Even grabbed a savory scone for breakfast. Good service, great menu, excellent food!
