“This place is really all depending on what you want. They have a bowling alley with an arcade on the side and then a bar/restaurant combo, seperate rooms. On this visit, it was for bowling... Not a great selection on balls, it seems the cosmic nights are not convenient, making it not fun... I have a back and shoulder injury, so I constantly have to wear an ice or hot pack, especially when doing activities like bowling with the munchkins. They couldn't even toss my hot pack in the microwave for a min... Like they don't even have a break room with a microwave to just toss it in real quick. Then, I am a human heater, regardless of the weather outside, I am usually always in shorts and a tank top or sleeveless... Just felt attitude the whole time, not quite welcome. So, I wouldn't recommend the bowling side. But the diner does have good food, and is more commonly known for a good breakfast. I have lived in the area for over 20yrs. Everytime I am there, the vibe is the same, just, kind of, is... Update*... Last time we went, did the arcade and had more kids to bowl with. Still not a huge selection on balls and the arcade is literally as the pics that are included on this post. Seemed more friendly this last time around, that comes with its own problems.... I.e... A good day for them, "staff", means a good day for you... That is just not worth the visit in my mind... Hopefully things turn around, but that is as honest as honest could be.”

“Yummy I had chili dog and fries both were delicious and filling I couldn't finish it all so I took the leftovers home, my sweetie enjoyed the leftovers for his work lunch. I ordered a icecream it tasted sour to me and my sweetie, I took it to the counter and they agreed gave me a refund. I am looking forward to returning an having a soft served icecream, the food and service were both good.”

“The food was good but not as expected. Had the curry which was different than I have usually had. Was sweeter due to vegetable choice. Choices of additions is more Chinese than Thai. Expected sliced cherry tomatoes, basil, small pineapple, hint of chopped almond and more spice. Texture of curry was too thin. If they stick with veggies, I would recommend smaller pieces vice large cuts. Sweet n sour was the same.”

“Good pizza, kind of creepy, but good pizza So I visited here today to check it out. Coming from the east coast I was like, "how good could WEST COAST pizza be?" Well it was pretty good actually, and it was relatively clean place as you can see from my photos. The part that worried me was the lack of customers. Like, a $9 pizza buffet and the place is abandoned at 12pm on a Sunday?? Also no employees, the pizza buffet just sort of kept refilling whenever I had my back turned. But.. good pizza, clean environment, and solitude. Who cares if the employees are all ghosts? Or that the empty restaurant might be a drug lord's money laundering shop? I'll be back again next week for sure!”

“Okay...think about the best muffin you've ever had. Now, multiply it by two and add a quaint Anacortes storefront. Yep, you've pretty much got the perfect muffin. The Store - located literally a block off the main drag into downtown - is worth a quick side trip. Their muffin selection is off the charts, featuring flavor combinations rarely seen in the muffin-challenged PNW. Chocolate Caramel Cheesecake? Yes please. Several varieties of chocolate and/or fruit? Um, yeah. Not to mention, these babies are HUGE. I've never actually finished one in a single sitting. Usually I eat the tempting muffin top first, then save the rest for later. The Store also has an incredible selection of wine (perfect spot to stop for a couple of bottles before you hit the islands), and other convenience store items plus a cute cafe in the back. They have coffee and espresso, and plenty of indoor seating if you want to enjoy your muffin on-the-spot (and avoid getting crumbs all over your car, don't ask me how I know). Oh, and did I mention the folks who work there are super friendly too? Win win!”

“This location in particular figured out how to perfectly season steak. Also hats off to the cooks/chef who know how make from rare to well done steaks very well. No leather sandals on the well done, which is how it should be, and just the right amount of cooking on rare and medium steaks. Service is also good. The drinks , tried several on several occasions, are not to the strength they should be. Otherwise, this location in particular is fantastic.”

“We ended up at the Burlington location during a basketball tournament weekend. They don't usually take reservations on holiday weekends, but the manager, Kelly, suggested a time to come in that ensured our party of 30 would get seated. This place is very family friendly. We had 10 kids and 20 adults and this didn't faze our servers at all. This place is great value for your money. With unlimited bread sticks and salad, not to mention the large entrees, we had enough food to pack up to feed the hungry basketball team later that evening. I would highly recommend this place for friends, families and groups. We got great service with a smile. Thanks for a successful night out.”

And I got excellent customer service from the girl that was on opening shift. It's not close but it is along my route omw to work, so I will definitely stop by there again. “I’ve eaten here twice and have tried the hot cheetos con queso, bionicos, and carne asada fries. The people that work there are really nice and the food is ready pretty fast. It may seem pricey but it’s worth it considering most trucks don’t make these types of foods and it’s such amazing quality. “This is a good restaurant with good food. It also tastes very good. The service is quick, although it sometimes 'slows down' a bit. Menu is not to big, but is diverse enough for everyone to find something of their liking. If you stay in the Best Western next door, you even get a 15% discount on the bill. Just remember that the entrance is 'in the back' of the building, next to the Best Western. On the front side is something else, although it does show a sigh of the Bistro on the roof.”
