Great beers and selection, the food and service was awesome. I will definitely be back when I am in the area and I look forward to trying their Portland location

The pizza is incredible. My own experience with small pizza shops is they have trouble with the crust. Backwoods nails it. The crust is light, airy and crisp without being burned. We had the "Little Logger" and my wife and I were both impressed with the flavor and quality.

I would recommend getting off the interstate and trying this little gem!

I enjoy getting pizza and beer at Backwoods, but today 12/28 ordered a pizza but for some reason it didn't taste right. Did you change the recipe? Or new cook. The pizza was completely flat there was no texture to it. Hope you didn't change anything.

Good beer, great pizza and great service. All the beers I had in my taster finished light and didn’t overwhelm me with the taste profiles despite in some cases being gone and stout type beers. If I’m back in the area I’ll be back by!

Excellent small town brewery with kid and pup friendly patio, great pizza and lots of other options that use fresh and local ingredients. A great selection of interesting beer and a warm and friendly tap room. Expanding offering of seasonal beers make every trip a bit different. Backwoods has a large facility in Stevenson for kegging and canning but no tap room. They do have another taproom in the Pearl District in Portland.
