Panera Bread

The manager and staff make sure that every customer is satisfied. This is easily the best Panera I have been to. Their rewards program was down and they gave me a free item. If they mess up your order, they make you a new one and let you keep the old one. Bravo

Inconsistent quality between 2 same grain bowls for the same pickup order. One had a lot of tomatoes and one had almost no rice. Also the quantity for the bowl was pretty bad (50% filled), felt like it was made in a hurry and the bowls were only half filled. I’m not even that finicky of restaurant food quantity but this was pretty bad. The sit down meal quality has always been good at a Panera so was a little disappointed with this Pickup Order :(

Update: Store Manager was very nice when I told her about the order quantity and quality. She gave me a full refund. Updating the Star rating for proper handling of a bad order, however will keep the review text. Thank you for taking customer feedback seriously!

Love Panera bread! Service has always been great here, but I dock a star only for the price. I usually get a You-Pick-2 order, but for a small side salad and cup of soup, you can pay at least $10. Other than that, their mobile service is reliable because during a lunch rush hour, it's kinda annoying to wait 10 or so minutes just to place an order. I just like to grab n go.

Never had a bad experience. Polite & friendly staff????. One minute from I-405. One minute from gas stations. Fred Meyer grocery store across parking lot. Great location. Five minutes from a near by park.
