Chk-A-Boom Edmonds

We ordered this last night and it was so good! Finally found great chicken sandwiches close to home here in Edmonds! I had the bourbon brie sandwich, I was worried about the brie being too over powering but the flavors blended SO well! It was delicious. My husband had the buffalo chicken sandwich which was also great. The blue cheese was a great addition to it. We will definitely be getting this again.

I've only been by one time so far, but I loved this as a fried chicken sando option in the area. I tried the Nashville Hot and was really impressed with the potato bun, the seasoning on the chicken, and the overall quality. It was cooked perfectly. The hot sauce definitely had a kick, but it was balanced with the coleslaw and pickles. They've absolutely nailed the breading. Really flavorful and not too thick.

If you try it, make sure you order the pickle fries. They might be one of the best values in the menu, and they're probably the best pickle fries I've ever had.

Happy to share my experience with chk a boom. I ordered 2 sandwich. I picked up my order in the indicated time, the staff was very careful when delivering my order to my car. The fried cordon bleu and the grilled southwest...both delicious, excellent presentation. The chicken was super juicy and accompanied by Mac and cheese was the best opción. 100% recommended. You have many options, order now and enjoy a delicious chk a boom moment.

We ordered the Buttermilk Classic, the Nashville Hot, and the pickle fries. All were delicious and well made. Loved the sauce with the pickle fries too.
