    Good place to eat brunch but coffee should be 2 dollars or free. It will bring more customers to the location. Not so sweet.

    Cute little eatery. Good food. Interesting that their sign at the register said, "cash is appreciated." Hmmmm Makes you think.

    There is a very good reason you'll likely be waiting in a 30+ minute queue to get a table, and that's because it's probably one of the best priced best breakfasts in the state and everybody knows it! You won't be disappointed. Their piping hot large portion breakfasts, the comparatively great prices, and the fantastic service, makes Patty's a place you'll definitely want to try breakfast at. My only recommendation, go to the one in Shoreline off of 220th if you can. Nobody knows about that one ;)

    I just found this place. It is a very nice and calm atmosphere. It is nice and cozy. Friendly staff. The portion size of my Bigfoot Chicken Fried Steak was amazing and it was really good. Their Homemade Strawberry Freezee Jam is really good and its on every table. Great with the toast.
