Spud Fish & Chips

My first review was driven by frustration, and I really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. So I went back, and I'm so glad I did. This time, I asked if I could have my fries crispy and OMG! - the best tasting fries. I never felt the quality was poor, but rather the presentation was in question. Now, and I've been back twice, the fish is incredible. Thicker fillets. The batter is the absolute best. Cooked sooo good. I'm in love with Spuds again!!!

Amazing made to order place. It is clean and the staff are very friendly and quick to help you. It is a bright family friendly place with people who have bright smiles. Food is fresh and tastes amazing! I will go again and i strongly recommend to people passing by.

Great little place for fish and chips. The service was great, but we were also one of the only people in there. The fish tasted great, and so did the chicken strips. If you like to use other dips besides ketchup or a little vinegar it is going to cost ya. We tried to sample quite a few things off the menu, and everything was pretty good. Our least favorite was the cole slaw. For three people getting a main course and sharing a couple sides was close to $60 bucks.

I love the old school vibe and the fish N chips is tasty. My only complaint is the price. I don't know the source of the fish, but paying 20$ for three small pieces of fried fish and a small portion of fries (plus drink), is... excessive. Both Spuds that I've been to never have many customers. How about drop the price a bit and get more customers.
