So I've ordered domino's before, good pizza, fast service, and the person who delivered it was always nice and efficient.... then I ordered the Brooklyn style pizza and was a GAME CHANGER! The service was not only outstanding but I was delivered the BEST pizza I've had from a chain in a long time. Thank you everett domino's. You killed it.

Not sure what is up with this Domino's. Their pizza is delicious, as usual, however... they make mistakes SO OFTEN. Both I and the staff would be happier if the pizza was just right the first time? They always work hard to correct their mistakes, and that is appreciated. Pizza is yummy and quick.

Big salute to Taylor for staying over and taking the late orders that come in when it’s time to close. My kids and I love dominos and are glad to have awesome staff that take care of us and make good pizza! Keep up the good work and stay dedicated! We appreciate it

This spot is, 95% of the time, well-made food by a nice, put together staff. I'm not going to slam how well this place is normally run with a hit on the stars, but this location needs to know what happened today, as I went in and felt like I'd been transported back to 1998.

Not a word of acknowledgement for the first five minutes, one poor worker scrambling as fast as she possibly could with a huge order, while the other occupied himself with knocking off a pile of boxes from the shelf right on the other side of the front counter, swearing the whole way, then idly looking up at the back screens and reviewing her, or the store on performance metrics (so I'm going to assume this is supposed to be a manager - yikes), still not saying a word to me. She managed to get a hello in while running about, and wound up being the one ringing me up. The guy finally managed to wander over and slowly rifle through the dough tubs to start an order.

My order came out of the oven, got called and thrown on the shelf, while she ran off to finish the huge order. After waiting a minute, I got tempted to just walk behind the counter and take it instead of waiting for them to get around to actually handing it to me. About then someone else ran in from the back, asked if how could she help me. I asked for the order, which was carried over to the register to ring me up a second time. I called that it was already paid for, and she blinked and handed the pizza to me.

To top it off, get the pizza home, and it's the stuff that made me avoid this franchise in the 90s. Thin, grease laden, no seasoning on the crust, texture of dry, five day old bread. I'll be giving the place a break to get things settled back in.

I want to emphasize as a retail manager myself, this was not the fault of one lady working basically by herself. I also understand when a huge demand falls on a small staff, it's a hard run. I -also- understand that isn't the time for ANYONE to stand around staring at metrics, and vaguely poke at organizing jobs. I think it's time this guy got in his own performance review.
