El Nopal Mexican Food

We were on our way to Bellingham Washington, when we decided to eat something fast, but this place besides having good food is fast and with excellent service.

Hands down the best carne asada fries around, get them w al pastor add jalapeños!! Friendly Family who runs it and food has never failed me and I’ve been here a lot! Also they have done a really good job keeping a clean establishment and the decorations are really cool!

I'm picky when it comes to carne asada tacos. The meat is perfect here (not dry or like chunky dog food like other places), the salsa verde is amazing (actually has spice to it and isn't bland), the tortillas taste homemade, and the jaimica is the best I've ever had. The best tacos from a restaurant in Everett I've ever had. Most other places like Avocados, La Hacienda, Taco Boom (absolutely horrible), etc. are trash. These are amazing. Definitely recommend. This place deserves a much higher rating than it currently has.

Really good chicken tacos with lots of onions and cilantro. I would give 5 stars except for 2 things: 1. Service, the girl at the front counter never makes eye contact or smiles. Today she only took her eyes off her laptop long enough to ring me up. 2. The atmosphere, tv instead of music is not enjoyable.
