Memo's Mexican Restaurant

I had Memo's on several occasions 7+ years ago and remember that something was missing for me. I decided to try them again recently. Both visits were a bust for me because of the meat.

1) Chicken Taco Salad: I didn't realize I would EVER complain that there was too much meat in a meal - but there was! And the chicken was very dry. Maybe if the chicken was cooked well (juicy and seasoned), I would've appreciated the amount they gave me.

2) Beef Chimichanga: the beef was WAY too salty, and very possibly over seasoned? It was hard to choke down.

I'm not a picky eater whatsoever. As long as it's edible, I'm happy. If I go to Memo's again, I'll have to substitute all meat with beans instead. I've never done that in my life, but it seems that's the only way I'm going to enjoy a meal here.

Decent food. Closed pretty often for a place that states it's 24 hours. Drive through is hit or miss. Sometimes it's great other times it's slow AF overall a good place, just closes too often with no reasoning or sign as to when it'll be open again.

Love the chimichanga. It's as big as your head and DELICIOUS. Lots of food for a good price. Definitely check this place out!

Great pork meat flavor. Love knowing I can get my Mexican food fix 24/7. I would have giving higher rating if they could improve the drive through.
