Olive Garden

My family and I (11 of us) took my mom out for her 76th birthday there last night. Service started out ok. We had breadsticks and salad at the table when we arrived. THEN, that was it, it took us another 45 minutes to just get water. We had to ask twice to get our drink order. Took another half hour for them to take our order. My nephew never did get his salad dressing that he asked for FOUR times. There was never enough salad to feed all of us and those of us who had unlimited soup, it took us 20 minutes to get it and we got our second helpings of soup before anyone else got their main course. Then when all was said and done, it took another half an hour to get our checks, which we had to go find someone (our servers never came back to our table). It was very disappointing. It was not busy when we got there, but because of their poor service and lack of promptness on getting us our check, there was a line out the door of people waiting to be seated. I would definitely NOT recomomend this location to anyone. Very very very poor service. So dispappointed. And we are all very very patient people.

We here last night for 2 for $25 meal. Both had pretty descent fettuccine Alfredo, and a disgusting cold in the middle appetizer of zucchini and cheese. Salad was great as always.

Arrived 9;30 (they close at 10)
Had to order water twice. Salad brought, 4 minutes later hot plates of pasta and appetizer were set all at once on table with a "I hope this is Ok" comment from the waiter. What choice do I have?

Half way through our plates of pasta (now 945) we get asked if we want dessert or the bill. I told him no desert, the bill was plopped between our plates we were still eating from.

10 minutes to 10pm, our table is cleared and we have our rapid fire meal in boxes, the waiter comes over and asks "are we waiting on anything or are you done!?" and reaches over me towards the bill. I took the tip out of the bill, and said "we are done."

If you are open until 10pm, that usually means you seat the last people at 10pm. That's up to you.

But what is not up to you, is once you seat me, to plop my salad, appetizer, and entree, and bill on the table and interrupt my conversation to shoo me out the door 10 minutes before your posted closing time.
