Pasteur's Noodle Soup

So many noodles! They give you a ton of noodles in your pho. And the broth is yummy.

Stopped in for a quick bite, never been here before. Very good service and food was yummy! Try the coconut smoothie, it was delicious. Tasted like real coconut!

We go here at least two to three times a month. They know us, our order, all by memory. Great customer service and even better noodle soup. If you like things spicy I only and always get the 2p it's to die for!

The atmosphere is cozy and conducive to relaxed dining. Food served hot and presentation colorful with lots of symmetry, highlighting the rice.
This balance between visuals and deliciousness is what makes the Pasteur team masters of their domain.

If you're in the area this place is a must go! I've been to at least 50 + Pho restaurants in WA but this place is easily the best. The broth has a much cleaner taste but doesn't lack at all in terms of flavor and the noodles are firm but soft. If you're looking to divert from the typical Pho, try their Vermicelli with roasted pork.
