For the amount of tacos i say more sauce shouldve been good and more radishes instead of 1 for 4 tacos and 1 lime for 4 tacos is crazy & i loved how i was waiting inside my truck and he was flashing a light to get my attention lol

I am still up im the air about the best Taco Truck, but I know that this truck has been a repeat for me on more than one occasion. I usually order the burrito for me and the tamales for my wife and Taco's for my son. The other kids do nott like Taco Truck food, so I do not order them anything and we normally go to McD's for them.
I normally order like 20 taco's for my Son, and I think that he eats half and then saves the rest. I say this cause the Taco's are just as good re-heated and cold in the morning.
The Tamales that my wife orders I think she does that just make me happy cause I usually end up eating them and they are good. If you like veggies then these are for you. They have Carrots, Zucchini, potatoes, and the sauce is creamy white and do not forget the chicken. I think I have only had better tamales from a co-worker's mother who had been making them for much longer than I have been alive.
Now the burrito's is what I normally order. I get mine made with pork. I say this cause I LOVE PORK. There I said it I can not take it back. I want you to know that the first time I ate here and I had the pork burrito I was shocked, and amazed at the same time. I say this because if I closed my eyes, and forgot that my grandma had not passed away, I could swear that I could taste her pork in the burrito. So I maybe I am partial to the way they cook the pork. I order it with both types of pork. It is very very good. If you like spicy sauce then get the red sauce, if not then the green is real mild and not very hot at all.
The staff that work have always been professional and courteous. I have always received my to go order in a quick and timely manner. I also have to admit that there has never been more than 5 cars there when I have been there.
The reason I gave three stars is cause the last time I went there I was not satisfied with ratio of pork in my burrito. I had a different person take and complete my order. All very professional and respectful. She was actually very patient cause I did not hear her ask something and kept talking to my wife and she was not bothered at all.

Convenient, close to Everett Community College. They made my food fast. The rice was fantastic! The tacos were small, but they hit the spot, and prices were very good. Nice enough service, too.

This is possibly my favorite place to eat in all of Everett. At one point I would pick up a quick bite 3-4 times a week. Everything on their menu is really good and the prices are really good too! The owners are incredibly friendly, the prices are low, the food comes out quick, and it's delicious!!! Give them a shot (and you gotta try their torta)
