(September 27, 2019, 8:37 pm)Mr. Simon has done a great job with this stand. The cakes are reminiscent of stuffed crepes or omelettes - an flour-and-egg exterior wrapped around delicious filling. We tried the Duck, the Classic, and the Cheese, and all were quite wonderful (my favorite was the duck; my wife's was the Cheese).
I used a knife and fork on mine, but they could be eaten handheld as well.
Only word of note: this is a stand located within the Alderwood Mall, just beyond the food court. Unfortunately, it's not the easiest location to access for a quick bite unless you're already walking about the mall, but it's worth the detour! -
