Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Went here about a week ago. Had a wonderful waitress that explained all of their covid safety precautions as she came to the table. Super sweet! Wish I remembered her name honestly, I would dine again because of her.

DID YOU KNOW that if you call your LOCAL Red Robin to place an order it will direct your call HALFWAY AROUND THE WORLD to an Indian call center??? After painfully taking my order and having it CORRECTLY repeated the back to me it was still somehow input in the system as something completely different.. guess I'll make sure to order through the website next time. Luckily they made it super quick but the rest of my food got soggy. Good job outsourcing the customer service for your American restaurant.. :/

Went to Red Robin had french fries and drinks. Waiter was very friendly and professional never got his name even though he told use when we arrived. I know he had a name tag but I never even looked at it. My niece did notice I think she said his name was Jeremy. I was really thankful of his spirit and helpfulness. This is the second time I've been to this location and both times I said I would come back as the service is great!

I enjoy Red Robin. They have great fries and burgers. No matter the location you know you are going to have great fun and friendly staff and the food will be consistent and great tasting done correctly ot they are more than willing to correct any issues. It can get very crowded and noisy at times depending on the timing of your day.

Was going to get the Whiskey River Burger, but saw this one on the promo menu! I like the bit of sweetness, from the teriyaki sauce, and the veggies! Super tasty, and I would definitely get this again! *I came to use my free birthday burger promo, and the server wasn't sure if I could use it on a promo burger. He talked to the manager, and he/she said she didn't know if that would qualify, but that it wouldn't be a problem. I thought that was really great!
