The Cheesecake Factory

Only my 2nd time at this one. The first time was fine. Average. This time was amazing tho. The servers were helpful, kind, paid attention to my allergy, relayed the message between each other well and the manger came to confirm. And everything we ate was cooked perfectly, even the veggies. Left happy, and full! This time it left a lasting impression.

Cheesecake Factory was a pleasant surprise.

The place was packed which created at 40 minute wait, but the mall is right there so it wasn't too big of a deal.

The hardest part about the experience was finding out what to order. The menu is absolutely gigantic which can be a good thing, but with so many options it was hard to choose. We settled with burgers and both were very satisfying and large. I'd come back for a burger no problem.

The service was standard. Nothing special, but nothing really bad.

I'll be back for sure.

This was our first time at this fairly new location. The food was very delicious as usual. My dish had sesame seeds on the rice which I can't eat. Our waitress overheard us talking and brought me another dish of rice without being asked. I stepped out of my comfort zone and ordered Bang Bang Shrimp (I think that's the name of it). I will order it again. Our waitress, Kayla S., was funny, kind, attentive, personable and we will go back because of her and her service. We had an inside joke with her about my boyfriend turning 19 that day, he's 57. When our dessert was brought out Kayla decorated the plate. It said "Happy Birthday" and had "19" on the sides of the cheesecake. There are many options on the menu it's difficult to pick one dish. At the time of me writing this review there are currently 2 Kayla S. servers. We had the one who's been there the longest and has her nails done in cool colors.

Food is delicious and there is such a great variety. It is on the pricier side. We also enjoyed their fresh bread while waiting for our food.
