Always excellent service and super fast even when you order giant size sandwich

This Jimmy John's is not as fast as others I have been to. That said the sandwiches are still satisfying. Go in and give them a try. Oh I will add this if you are reading this around February/ March and you have picky kids, go in and get a torpedo I think that's what there called. It's a real thin simple sandwich butter salami cheese my son loves them and request them anytime we drive by a Jimmy John's. The guy at the counter told me that they are leaving I think he said in May he may have said the end of March though.

Quick, friendly, professional service. Average prices. Clean facilities. That new un-sandwich is great!

We like Jimmy John's alot. We stopped in here and it was ok. The making of our sandwich was not 'freaky fast' and the young folks that worked there chatted alot between themselves as they worked...they actually didnt seem to be able to chat and work at the same time...lol. The young man that greeted us wasn't crazy friendly but he greeted us. We chalked it up to young people running the shop...snd good for them for working.
The place was clean and the sandwiches were made as ordered...overall, ok experience.

Great food and good service. But, I wish they delivered a little further out, and I can't leave a tip when I checkout online, even though there is a place it says to leave a tip, but when I click on it, it just brings me back to edit my credit card info. It's frustrating because I have to try and scrounge up cash before I go pick the food up, they definitely deserve tips. I wish whoever does their site would fix it. I have told the employees about it multiple times, but I don't know if there is someone they can tell to have it fixed.
