Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

The burgers were good but that's not what my reviews is about. My daughter lost her wallet 2 months ago. Apparently it fell into the bench she was sitting on. They found it when they did a deep cleaning. Mike, the manager, found her on facebook and arranged to FedEx it to her. Thanks for being honest and going the extra mile

Update. Their service has improved a ton since the last visit. The tablets are still there but really only used to pay your bill, the typical, friendly customer service is back. Also service speed seems to be way faster.

I do have to say Red Robin has always made great burgers and the bottomless fries are always a huge plus. Downside seems to be their switch to these little iPad type things on the table. As oppose to getting typical service, you rely on these computers to notify someone you need service and also attempt to pay your bill, which isn't the most straight forward approach, especially if you're using cash. And not to mention they have games available, which adds 1.99 to your bill and can be purchased by your toddler without even requiring adult consent. I enjoyed real, straight forward service much more then the new tech service.

Red Robin has definitely improved their decor and food comes out of the kitchen in a much more timely manner than my previous experience reinvest several years ago.

I want to personally thank my server Debbie. She was friendly and very professional. We asked for a booth and she cleared one just for us. I have several food issues with intolerances and my order can be quite complicated, she handled it all professionally and with grace, thank you so much Debbie for a great experience.

My wife and I love the Red In Smokey Smokey point. The location is just perfect. We enjoy going to this location because it is close to our house and the service is great. The food is always good, and great priced.
Anyway, thank you Red for picking that for a location, and thank you to all the managers for developing a good team of servers.
