The service was awesome. They were efficient, polite, and fun! They were by far the best part. The food was typical American buffet. It seemed exactly the same as when it was Golden Corral, even to the chocolate fountain. Dinner was 16 dollars but a wide variety to ensure you get your money's worth.

I too have heard mixed reviews and comments since the change from Golden Corral. I NOW ENJOY THE EXPERIENCE MORE ! The staff is always smiling and eager. Much of the food is more flavorful ! The turkey, for instance, was moist and melted in your mouth. Biscuits were still soft and the bacon at the brunch meal was cooked to a easy crisp instead of chewy.
There are always far more tempting sweets than anyone should hope for. It is still, by far, the best place to go if you want variety and quality served with a smile. So get over the change and go in for a 'fill-up!!!!!

Everything was great. Except the fish and rice. It was cold and very dry rice was crunchy. Salad options were great. Crisp lettuce and fresh produce toppings. Price was good but website does not tell you that there is an additional fee for soda. So the dinner we paid $16 for the dinner and I think it was an addition $2-$3 more to add the soda. Website is not very friendly compared to our experience vs the description.

I was skeptical because of the Google reviews, but we enjoyed ourselves and the food we had. We went for a weekday dinner and for adults its $16 and for the kids is $4. For us I think it evens out with having the cheaper price for the kids, but if it's just adults going, it is on the pricey side. I do believe people have a misconception on buffets and the temperature of the food. If you go during peak times, the food should be fresher because it's getting used quicker. Foods that have some broth or some moisture to it are going to be hotter rather than the dry foods, like fried fish or baked chicken. In my opinion you can't expect things to always be piping hot at buffets, if you want the freshest of fresh, then buffets shouldn't be on your list. Now onto the food. The steak was very tender, juicy and flavorful. Though the pot roast was probably my favorite. it was very flavorful and the meat was quite delicious. My girls enjoyed the pizza and the shrimp. Right before dessert, I got the cheesy garlic biscuit, I was amazed how jam packed with flavor it was. Dessert was tasty as well. I stuck with the cookie sandwich, brownie, bread pudding and cookie pizza. The girls got the Jello and ice cream with toppings. All in all, the staff was friendly and the food was good and was worth the trip.

I honestly don't see what all of the negative reviews are about. My friends and I went for Saturday lunch, a little bit pricey at $15 but hey, you'd get a lot less food at a restaurant for that same price. I really liked the coffee, and found a lot of the food to taste a lot better than the Golden Corral. Our waitress Kim was very sweet and she worked hard and cleared tables quickly and our drinks were never empty. I will be coming back.
