Awesome Place!

Not only is the pizza great but the staff is amazing. Always greeted with a smile and extremely friendly even when I have complicated pizza orders.

The manager here seems to take great care of his staff as well. I have spoken with him in the past and he really does care about the wellbeing of his staff.

Customer service is great! My daughter had ordered a “hot honey sundae” but she thought it was warm, but it was actually spicy ???? ???? so she went up to the cashier and told her what happened, and they immediately gave her one of her choice at no extra costs! That’s customer service and will keep us coming back!

This beautiful work of art is my dinner. It is just how I requested it. This is The Caspian, mega crust, add bell peppers and ranch swirl. Even though I have been to MOD Pizza before, I did not know they don't charge for additional toppings or extra of a topping. I will be back! Customer service was friendly, welcoming and fast. After working hard all day, I am glad I stopped by.

Exactly what you want a pizza place to be. Endless tasty choices at an affordable price. Frankly, if I'm near a Mod Pizza, that wins over a lot of other places. I just wish they would open more locations! ????

I was kind of off Mod Pizza for a while, I'm not sure why ... it had just lost some of its mystique. Today's visit reversed that. The pizza was very good and quite delicious. It may have been because I asked for "all the cheeses". She did just that for me, including ricotta, which was a great addition.

More importantly, I am so impressed with who ever does their hiring. The warmth and good feelings I get from the Mod staff members are genuine. So many places (for instance The Habit Burger) are equally friendly but their friendliness feels - for want of a better word - scripted. I also appreciate the consistency I see from store to store.
