    Been living in Monroe for almost 2 years and finally this town has a staple restaurant. Run don't walk to Chongos because it's the best this town has got right now. Real authentic cooking, with owners who really put their heart into what they do. The menu is exactly the size it should be, they focus on what they do best, and that's it. It's the only restaurant in town I will frequent multiple times per month easily.

    Chongos is the bomb! Awesome hospitality, friendly environment, and the food is absolutely outstanding! I highly recommend Chongos!

    You can't beat the price or the passion for the product. We will definitely be going back. I'm so glad we found this restaurant as I've been craving green chile ever since I moved away from Colorado.

    The smothered burrito is where it's at! Chongos green chile is so good. Awesome pork flavor. Affordable as heck too! I highly recommend eating their food, anytime, anywhere.

    I have to admit after having most of the menu. Everything is good and big portions. But the Chongo dog is wicked good. Oh and you can get heat here if you want. They aren’t afraid of it. Which is refreshing compared to others “hot”. Staff have always been amazingly friendly and open to suggestions and honest feedback. One of my favorite places to eat in town.
