(January 25, 2020, 6:15 am)As others have said: the meal is excellent - you will pay less for a fantastic, memorable meal than you would pay for a forgettable meal in many other restaurants. And as others have said, you will most likely get berated or spoken down to for some random, trivial act that would never even remotely justify such a negative response in any other restaurant. It's an experience. I am 100% glad I went and would encourage everyone else to try it, and at the same time, I am not certain when I will choose to return. It can be hard to relax in an establishment like this one... but maybe that's ok.

(November 18, 2019, 9:56 pm)One word, respect. You gotta respect an awesome one man show!! He's an amazing chef serving you awesome food course for such decent price. He wants you to respect his rules and truly enjoy the food. We've been here multiple times and loved everything we ordered so far.

(November 4, 2019, 1:03 am)Went to the Grouchy Chef for a special dinner out with my boyfriend. We loved the food. Very good. The rules were fine, just be a decent human. Will go back again.
