Timber Monster Brewing Company

We always enjoy trying their special brews as they change throughout the seasons. We are not huge fans of the food menu overall, but have nonetheless found some solid options such as their gyros and the burger. The staff is always friendly.

Excellent customer service. Good staff. Great owner. Wasn’t too impressed with the beers and the vegetarian food options weren’t to par but the staff was fantastic. Also. It was really damn expensive. Really. Really expensive.

Beer and food was delicious. Fun friendly atmosphere. Great stop on your way in or out of town.

I thoroughly enjoyed my coffee drink here and the burger I ordered was likely the best I've ever had, or at least top 3. Everyone else in my party enjoyed their various beers and meals as well. Music was excellent, a blend of indie rock that should play well with millennial/gen-z/gen-x.

I deducted one star because the waitress seemed really inexperienced and the service was a bit slow. In addition, the menu includes a 15% meal surcharge BEFORE tip so plan on your meal being ~35% higher than listed.

I would gladly go back and am likely to do so. There aren't enough good restaurants out in Sky Valley.

We had the sweetest server today, Chelsea. She is so funny and the sweetest tiny thing. We have come back a few times just because of her!!!
The kitchen staff was frantic and the food was slow. We loved our server and the food was great even though the wait.
